Smashburger Brighton

Smashburger Brighton, service was putrid. Girl with the glasses was completely rude and un inviting. Stood in line behind another customer and waited ages to be served after she saud they close in a about 15minutes and i replied well im ready to order. Have never been here and order a super double meal, i got confused why she asked me if i wanted fries and she made me feel extremely frustrated. By this point i wanted to leave and should have but i was extremely hungry from an all day cycle. Would not recommend and dont feel il go back. Doing this before my food almost not worried to say if its good or not! 9:20pm 6 june 2021

First trip to Smashburger will be my last

I went to SmashBurger in Hampton VA on April 30, 2021 at 12:15. It was my first visit. I ordered three kid's cheeseburger meals at $7.29 each. The cashier, Shanya, didn't look directly at me when she was talking, and she spoke in a low voice, so it was difficult to hear her. When I asked for ketchup and pickles on one of the kid's cheeseburgers, she turned and said something to another female employee. I saw that employee make a face and shake her head. The cashier then said to me, "If you want anything other than cheese on your kids' cheeseburgers, you'll have to upgrade to a single. A single cheeseburger, without fries or drink, was nearly $9.00! I questioned her again to make sure I had heard right, and she said yes, the kid's cheeseburger comes with cheese only. I was stunned. I ask her if they had ketchup packets for the fries and she said, "yes", so I asked her to toss some in the bag. I should have left, but we were on our way to an appointment and I didn't have time to stop anywhere else. When I got back to the car, I realized that she had only put three ketchup packets in the bag. Seriously, SmashBurger, this is the best you can do? There was no treat or prize with the kids' meals either, so you would think they could spring for some ketchup and pickles, even mustard for cripes sake. And the demeanor of the employees was nonchalant and cold. SmashBurger got my $24.93 today, but never again. The burgers were just OK, nothing spectacular, and certainly not worth the money for naked burgers. Kids like a little taste to their food too, you know.

The new pull pork sandwich was rally…

The new pull pork sandwich was rally bad there was a lil bit of pull pork and it was Extremely Greasy and the burger was not really cooked

The worst burger ever and worst food…

The worst burger ever and worst food ever soil brussels sprouts,thats why its called smash up burger not mentioned mess up yr order as well

Dont eat the salad.

Visited location at Scottsdale rd and Thomas in Scottsdale AZ and ordered smashburger and Baja burger which family said were ok. I ordered cobb salad with chicken which was horrible. Chicken was tough, lettuce was wilted and salad was inedible. Sweet potato fries and onion rings were ok. I know it is a hamburger place but after dental work couldn't handle a sandwich besides who can screw up a salad? They can.

We will never go to this smash burger…

We will never go to this smash burger again! As long as the manager Will is there. We went in and was cussed out because of our mask we were wearing was not “acceptable” it was a face shield, according to the manager. Then they told us to wait outside which we did. Everyone else was helped in front of us and they got their food then we went back in and politely asked if our food was ready? The manager again yelled at us to go outside and then finally brought our food called us horrible names in front of our daughter and other customers then took his mask off to yell at us further.....Hmmmm.....This manager has lost his mind and if I were the GM would fire on the spot!
This was in Fort Collins off harmony store #1006. I hope someone that will actually do something about this incident will read this!
